Hello all,I am running an important research project titled: Workplace Wellbeing in UK Optometry.We all know optometry is rewarding, but it can also be incredibly demanding. Research fromother countries shows high levels of burnout, yet this has never been properly explored in theUK. This study aims to fill that gap and help create a more sustainable future for our profession.It’s a short, anonymous 10-minute questionnaire exploring job satisfaction and resilienceacross all UK optometry settings.Whether you’re currently experiencing difficulties or things are going well for you, your inputreally matters.
