Indications "Activa by SBM Sistemi is an advanced device designed to provide immediate relief from swollen and irritated eyelids caused by dry eye, blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, styes and chalazion. Activa's Thermo-Pulse Technology delivers controlled 42°C heat and micro-vibration massage to relieve symptoms, improve meibomian gland function and reduce eyelid swelling. Activa also supports patients undergoing IPL treatment by enhancing the therapy’s effectiveness and is ideal for both in-practice use and home rental. The device offers a new revenue stream with customisable pre-programed treatment sessions for patients who wish to rent the device to treat themselves at home." |

Contra-Indications/Cautions None stated. ECP/HCP to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use.. Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pt to read full detailed specific instructions and cautions accompanying product before use. Contact wearers should remove lenses before use and be specifically advised by their ECP. Pt to wait at least 15 minutes between product use and drop applications. Not for use by children except after consulting an ECP and under supervision. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |
