Indications "Meibomian gland expression is one of the most important considerations in the treatment of dry eye, which has a great influence on treatment outcomes. Traditional instruments used for gland expression are made from metal, glass rods and other tools that are not specifically designed for gland expression. Patients can quite often feel discomfort & pain and the clinical effect is not good. Guash’s solution is an ergonomically designed instrument for the sole use of meibomian gland expression". |
