Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 1 drop two or three times daily on each eye. |

Formulation Sterile Preservative Free solution containing:, Carmellose Sodium 0.5%, Boric Acid, Sodium Tetraborate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Water for Injections, Osmolarity 250 - 300mOsm/kg*, Viscosity 7cps*. |

Indications "Moderate to severe Dry Eyes". |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Pt to wait 10 to 15 minutes between other drop applications. Pt to remove CLs and not to replace for 15 minutes. Store between 2C - 25C. Discard 2 months after opening bottle. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions "Occasional: Transient burning, stinging - if symptoms persist pt to stop use and seek advice". "Temporary blurred vision which should clear within a few seconds". If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP |
