Dietary supplement oral capsules (x90/bottle) as 3 month supply.
Dosing
ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 1 capsule a day with food.
Formulation
Capsules containing: Lutein extract, astaxanthin extract, capsule shell: vegetable hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vitamin C, zeaxanthin extract, bilberry extract, zinc, lycopene extract, vitamin E, vitamin A, selenium, vitamin D3, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, resveratrol.

"Riboflavin, vitamin A and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal vision.
Riboflavin, selenium, vitamin C, vitamin E and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Riboflavin, thiamine and vitamin C contribute to the normal function of the nervous system."

Contra-Indications/Cautions
Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. If pt is pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, taking any medication or has a medical condition recommend doctor consult before taking - EDDB. Pt not to exceed the above recommended daily dosage. Store at temperatures below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. The product should not replace a balanced and varied diet. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use before first use - EDDB.
Adverse Reactions
None stated. If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP
