How Supplied Sterilised preservative free viscous solution in boxes of 5 (5 vials in 1 sealed sachet) single-use (2.0ml) plastic vials. |

Dosing To be used under direction of treating surgeon during cases of excimer laser surgery and other surgical procedures, see Note 1. Remove container out of the sterile sachet, twist off the cap from the container and attach an appropriate sterile cannula. By squeezing the container apply the product onto the surface of the cornea or the stroma before, and alternating with, laser treatment. Sufficient solution should be applied to cover the surface of the cornea or the stroma. The product may also be applied onto the surface of the eye before bandaging. |

Formulation Sterile Preservative Free Isotonic solution containing Sodium Hyaluronate (from fermentation) 0.25%, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Disodium-Hydrogenphosphate, Sodium Citrate, Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Glucose and Water for injection. |

Contra-Indications/Cautions See Note 1. Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Avoid use with instruments sterilised with quaternary ammonium salts solution. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25C in original packaging and away from heat sources and light. Vial and contents to be discarded immediately after procedure. ECP/HCP to fully read and understand all accompanying product literature before first use |

Adverse Reactions Not stated. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. |
