How Supplied Sterilised eye drops (10ml) in plastic bottle with screw cap. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally shake bottle well then 1 or 2 drops on each affected eye and blink two or three times. Contact Lenses do not need to be removed. |

Formulation Sterile solution containing:, Polyethylene Glycol 400, Propylene Glycol, Hydroxypropyl Guar, Sorbitol, Aminomethylpropanol, Boric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, POLYQUAD (Polidronium Chloride) 0.001% (Preservative), Osmolarity 270 - 300*, Viscocity 10.2cps.. |

Indications Dry Eyes. "Temporary Dry Eye therapy, aqueous and mucin deficiency and to lubricate and rewet Contact Lenses". |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Advise Pt not for soaking or disinfecting Contact Lenses. Discard 6 months after first opening. Advise Pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions "Rare: Transient burning, stinging - if symptoms persist pt to stop use and seek advice". If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. |

Not every product may be listed, or have full data. Every effort is being made to fill in the gaps as soon as possible.
