How Supplied Sterilised eye drops (10ml) in plastic bottle. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 1 or 2 drops on each eye as often as required. |

Formulation Sterile solution containing:, Aqua, Hamamelis Virgina (Witch Hazel), Alcohol, Boric Acid, Glycerine, Sodium Borate, Benzalkonium Chloride. |

Indications "For itchy eyes". |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Soft contact lenses should not be worn during treatment. Store below 25C. Discard 28 days after first opening. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. "Avoid contact with soft contact lenses. Remove contact lenses prior to application and wait at least 15 minutes before reinsertion". |

Adverse Reactions None stated. Pts should be advised not to drive or operate machinery until clarity of vision is restored - EDDB. If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. |
