Sterilised preserved rinsing & wetting solution in (360ml) plastic bottle.

ECP/HCP to advise.
Formulation
Sterile solution containing:, Purified Water BP, Sodium Chloride 0.75%, EDTA 0.025%, Polyhexanide 0.0001%.
Contact Lens Use
Yes, prime indication.
Indications
"Saline may be used for wetting, storing or for dissolving protein removing tablets. As a rinsing solution for soft or hard contact lenses before or after disinfection by heat or liquid".
Contra-Indications/Cautions
Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pt never to allow water near contact lenses or case - EDDB. Not to be used to store lenses in. "Discard contents after 90 days once bottle has been opened. Replace cap tightly after use. Do not use after the expiry date. Store below 30°C. Not for injection or taking orally. Never reuse this solution. Use as directed by your practitioner".
Adverse Reactions
None stated/waiting data. If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP.
