How Supplied Sterile preservative free drops (10ml) in plastic bottle. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise or "place one drop of Evolve® Carmellose into each eye two to four times a day". |

Formulation Sterile preservative free hypotonic solution containing: Sodium 0.5%, Glycerol, Sodium Chloride, Calcium chloride dihydrate, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, Boric acid and Water for Injections. |

Contact Lens Use Yes, if required. |

Indications "Evolve® Carmellose are soothing eye drops intended for use in the relief of discomfort that arises from dry eye sensations". "They provide soothing relief for sore eyes from grit, itchiness and other foreign body irritations". |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Discard bottle 90 days after first opening. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. |
