How Supplied
Sterilised eye drops (10ml) in plastic bottle.
Dosing
ECP/HCP to advise, generally 1 or 2 drops into each affected eye two to four times per day. "Not to used more than four times in 24 hours". "Should not be used every day".
Formulation
Sterile solution containing:, Hypromellose 0.3% w/v, Bezalkonium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Borax, Boric Acid, Water for Injection.

Indications
Dry Eye. "Relieves discomfort"
Contra-Indications/Cautions
Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Discard 28 days after first opening. "Not to be used during pregnancy or breast feeding". Not to be stored above 25C. Do not freeze. "(Not to be used) with another eye drop unless directed by .. doctor or eye practitioner" Contact lenses to be removed and not worn for 30 minutes after use of product. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB.
Adverse Reactions
"If symptoms persist, (pt to) consult .... doctor or eye practitioner". If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP.
