How Supplied Sterilised aqueous eye drops (15ml) in plastic bottle with screw cap. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 2 drops as needed on each affected eye. |

Formulation Sterile Buffered Isotonic Solution containing:, HPMC 0.3%, PHMB 0.0001%.. |

Indications Dry Eye. CL rewetting. "Soothes, refreshes and relieves red, tired uncomfortable eyes". "Suitable for use whilst wearing contact lenses". |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Discard 90 days after first opening. To be stored at between 5C - 25C. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions "If eye irritation occurs (pt) to consult (ECP)". If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. |
