How Supplied
Sterilised eye drops (10ml) in plastic bottle with ABAK dispensing system. CE (Medical Device).
Dosing
ECP/HCP to advise. Generally, 1 drop on each eye. Repeat as often as necessary. Contact Lenses do not need to be removed.
Formulation
Sterile, Buffered, Isotonic, pH Neutral, Preservative Free Aqueous solution containing:, Trehalose 3%, Sodium Chloride, Trometamol, Hydrochloric Acid, Water for injection. Osmolarity 310*.
Contact Lens Use
Yes, if required.
Indications
Dry Eye. Epithelial bioprotectant. Osmoprotective. Evaporative Dry Eye: "To moisten and lubricate in cases of dryness and tired eyes". CL wear: "To lubricate and hydrate the lens during wear".
Contra-Indications/Cautions
Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Discard bottle 8 weeks after opening. Pt to wait at least 10 minutes between using two different eye products. Store below 25C. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB.
Adverse Reactions
Rare: Possibility of mild eye irritation. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP.
