How Supplied Sterilised preservative free eye drops (0.4ml) in single use (x 30/carton) plastic vials. CE Medical Device. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 1 or 2 drops on each eye and blink two or three times. Repeat as often as necessary. Contact Lenses do not need to be removed. For extra comfort: Pt may place 1 or 2 drops on each side of each lens before wearing. |

Formulation Sterile Buffered Hypotonic Preservative Free solution containing:, Sodium Hyaluronate 0.15g, Sodium Chloride, Actinoquinol, Trometamol, Hydrochloric Acid, Water for injections. |

Contact Lens Use Yes, if required. |

Indications Dry Eye. Hyperosmolaric tear film. Evaporative Dry Eye: To moisten and lubricate in cases of dryness and tired eyes. CL Wear: To lubricate and hydrate the lens before insertion/removal and during wear. |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Store below 25C. Discard vial immediately after first use. Pt to wait at least 10 minutes between using two different eye products. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions Rare: Possibility of mild eye irritation. If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP |
