Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Store at room temperature. Discard 6 months after first opening. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions "(If pt) experiences persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness of the eye (CLs should be) immediately removed and (pt to) contact ECP". If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. |
