Hi everyone,

After spending the last 18 months transforming a 14-practice independent group in London and Kent — delivering record results, modernising processes and removing long-standing inefficiencies — I’m now exploring my next opportunity in the optical sector.

My background is 25+ years in senior, multi-site operations across healthcare, retail and telecoms. I focus on creating clarity in fast-moving environments: clear KPIs, clear expectations and clear coaching to help teams perform consistently and confidently. I’ve led organisations of 12–40+ sites, built strong leadership teams and turned around underperforming practices through data insight and practical operational routines.

From January 2026, I’m open to full-time, part-time, interim, temporary or fractional leadership/operations roles.
