I am a final year optometry student at Cardiff University.  I have enjoyed my time in Wales and would be open to roles in both North and South Wales.  

During my time at University I have undertaken many tasks that require independent critical thinking. One of which is testing on members of the public which has allowed me to confidently apply my knowledge in a friendly manner. In addition to this, I have developed many key skills during my previous work experiences, for example, taking on the role as an optical assistant in Specsavers (Newport Friars Walk) and working as a warehouse operative at Yodel (Oldham). I have also completed various voluntary work for my local community.

From these experiences, I have acquired the skills required for a role as a pre-registration optometrist with a mindset that is both company and customer driven.  I am a hard-working and self-motivated individual who aspires to achieve the highest possible standards in all that I do . My ability to learn quickly and adapt to new circumstances is one of my strong points. I am very friendly and work well with others.
