After trying unsuccessfully for years in getting suitable lenses for my high astigmatism he’s gone above all expectations including a much better prescription for my vision . For myself I have needed gas permeable lenses but they are just as good and comfortable as the more modern soft lenses . I would not hesitate in recommending Mr price at the practice in Widnes for lenses for patients with complex prescriptions and the after care he provides,which is something I feel is needed .

3.  Precise measurement of pupil size and centre of pupil. 

Using the Antares topgrapher enables me to measure pupil size (static & dynamic) in day, dusk and night light levels, and where the centre of the pupil is, it is possible to guage how succesful particular mulrifocal contact lenses will be.

Using the Antares topgrapher enables me to measure pupil width, height & eye aperture to design multifocal/varifocal contact lenses that are unique to that particular eye.

2. Firstly the lens is great and has removed the double vision. i have some outer field of vision with it which i suspect is helpful. Having suffered with diplopia for just over a year and with little chance of improvement my ophthalmologist suggested an occlusive lens may help. I contacted Andrew price who met with me and talked me through the process and possible benefits of wearing an occlusive lens.

3. As Andrew had first hand experience of double vision it was a relief to describe to someone what I was seeing and feeling who actual could understand my situation. I was measured and then tried an occlusive lens. The relief of removing the double vision was immense.
