Use of this Patient section of this website indicates the user has read, understands and accepted the use as outlined in Disclaimer.
This resource is intended to try to provide you with a choice of Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) who believe they can help you with a specific clinical problem or request, based on the information you provide. It is then envisaged you would choose to contact and perhaps attend one of the ECPs for a consultation. It is always best to consult your current ECP initially, perhaps using this resource if your practitioner is unable to help or refer you to someone else. This resource is not designed to answer your question directly or to be a conduit for further communication. It is not intended to answer general questions or discuss fees/charges, rather specific questions that relate to your clinical eye care and only related to the drop down menu topics, currently Dry Eye or Contact Lenses.
DO NOT USE THIS RESOURCE FOR ANY QUESTIONS THAT HAVE ANY DEGREE OF URGENCY.
PLEASE READ SPECIFIC DISCLAIMER PAGE IN PATIENT SECTION OF THIS WEBSITE.
PLEASE READ IMPORTANT NOTES BELOW.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO READ BEFORE SENDING MESSAGE:
I will attempt to forward your question to up to three ECPs, as local as is possible, who may then indicate to me they believe they can help. The ECPs contact details will then be forwarded to you, for you then to contact them directly. Please do not provide any means of identifying yourself within the body of your message. I will not provide your email address or name to the ECP at any stage. Please indicate if you do not wish your question to be sent to a specific practice/clinic. No data will be passed on without your permission. Any data and/or emails sent to me by you will be permanently deleted one month after our last contact. I cannot give any indication or recommendation on the quality of service, treatments or advise you may receive, I simply pass on the response that they believe they can help you with your question.
